32:20 is the time to beat. I think the first section is where you need to find the optimal setup for zealots. Takes me about 20 minutes to reach 10M followers and unlock Propaganda. The rest of the game goes much quicker.

If you go into the Leaderboard screen (the globe icon, let me know if it's not showing up for you) under each of the achievements there should be a button (with a relic cost) that will allow you to bring those religions down to 0.
good, work. I hit top, and there are some glitch with followers (I cant beat all rest religions), engine should count till zero, (it keeps refreshing, and never hits zero, so cant hit all achivements too )
Which achievements can't you hit? Have you battled any of the religions, or are some of them not available to battle? I have just uploaded a new version that fixes a bug on the leaderboard, so that might resolve your issue.
