Apparently, you can pay out the loan in full, even when you don't have any loans, so you can just pay out the original loan, then pay out in full until you get the max loan rating, then just loan 100K.
Once you reach year 20 the game becomes easy and you get a lot of money to buy things fast. You only really need the 1 thousand dollar loan and the 10 thousand dollar loans. I would love to see more problems and levels in the game, and possibly a new map unlocked. A good a addition would be you competing against a rival company.
